Cloar Law Firm Office Hours

The Cloar Law Firm is located in central Little Rock, and we are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Many clients need appointments after 5 p.m or weekends and in order to meet their busy schedules we are happy to accommodate appointments after hours or weekends.

Ralph Cloar is a 1974 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Little Rock Division, with his Juris Doctorate and a 1963 graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts; Major in Accounting. He received a Tennessee Certified Public Accountant's license in 1965; an Arkansas Certified Public Accountant's license in 1968 and his Arkansas Attorney's license in 1974.

Nationally and locally recognized, Mr. Cloar has received the following awards for his efforts and tireless work for consumers:

He is married to Mary Kay Hamm Cloar and they had three (3) children; Mary Virginia Struthers (deceased), Margaret Lynn Cooper and Ralph M. Cloar, III; five (5) grandchildren; Jonathan Cloar and Julia Struthers, Haley and Mary Elise Cooper and Henry Cloar. He is a member of Calvary Baptist Church and an avid Arkansas Razorback Football Fan.

Lynn Cloar Cooper graduated from the University of Arkansas Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences with a degree in Communications in 1986. Upon graduating college, she returned to Little Rock where she began working as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. She joined her father, Ralph Cloar, Jr., in September of 1988 as a Legal Assistant and has been with the law firm ever since. She is the 2004-05 recipient of the Outstanding Paralegal/Legal Assistant Award given by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. Lynn meets with new and existing clients and provides them with updates and assistance on their cases. She also handles the administrative, organizational and research support for the law firm.
